Alexandra Double Dog Kennel

Timber Double Dog Kennel with Covered Run based on the style of our chappell Dog Kennel and Run but built with wadsworth style sleeping boxes and day bench. The two runs are separated with either a fully boarded dividing wall or a timber framed divider with mesh infill. The run divider can also be removed to provide a communal run area This unit sits on feet clear off the ground for ease of cleaning.

Dog Kennel Sleeping Box

The dog kennel sleeping box is designed so that it doubles up as a day bench and sleeping area, your dog will lie on top of the box during the day and have the inside box area for sleeping and keeping warm. Wood is an ideal choice of material for a dog kennel because it looks fantastic and suits the garden environment without causing an eyesore but it also has the added bonus of good warmth retention properties and comfort for your dog. Imagine the feeling of cold hard concrete or plastic versus the feeling of warm timber; I know which I would prefer. The Sleeping box also has a removable front to allow easy cleaning and maintenance.

Choosing the Best Dog Kennel and Run size

The following is a size guide only; you may need more space depending on your dog's temperament/ behaviour.

All the standard sized Alexandra Kennels come with the a 3'(914mm) x 4'(1,220mm) sleeping area or kennel box, this area could be suitable for one or more dogs depending on your dog size.

The length of the covered run is optional and you can choose from the standard run lengths of 10'(3.05m), 14'(4.27m) or 18'(5.49) these runs are divided into two separate run areas.
